Yoga for
Runners workshop with Slava

How to build
stability, range of motion and prevent running injuries

This workshop includes a 75-minute yoga practice designed to build
stability in
key running joints, and develop sufficient range of motion to
prevent muscle tears.
We will discuss safe and efficient running mechanics, ideal warm up
exercises, when
to and not to stretch, and which tissues are important to stretch
and which should
not be stretched.
Slava has been teaching yoga since 2002. He is a competitive runner,
a certified
Yoga Therapist, Neuromuscular Therapist, and the founder of
