Yoga, the ages-old exercise method that is known to calm the inner self while improving flexibility, balance and strength,
is available at our Studio for everyone from beginner to experienced.

As always, our classes are led by well-trained and experienced instructors. Let us help you achieve a higher level of relaxation and calmness.

We offer classes in GENTLE (Hatha) yoga, which teaches the basic yoga poses as well as meditation. It is intended for beginners, people with injuries and those preferring a more gentle approach.

POWER (Vinyasa) yoga, adds flow to the traditional Hatha poses, with students moving more fluidly from one pose to another with specific breath
instruction to accompany the flow and increase the meditative quality.

Please bring a towel and water with you, as the yoga room is heated to 80-85 degrees to maximize the effects of the poses.

Mommy & Me Yoga

This is a brand new program for mother's and their young children to introduce them to the healthy effects of Yoga.

You will enjoy a relaxing session with a certified instructor, while bonding more deeply with your child!
