Progression classes: Learn essential Pilates Mat and Equipment work. Progression Classes are appropriate for everyone - from beginning exercisers to seasoned athletes.

To continue to offer a variety of mind body exercise programs with efficiency and affordability we must adhere to our policy of registering at least 5 people who have paid and committed to the class before the class begins.  As soon as you know you are registering for a spring class, it’s helpful to reserve that class by paying the fee as soon as possible.  In this way we’re able to plan how many classes we need and also insures our retaining these exceptional instructors.  Thank you.
