*Absolute Beginner Pilates Series 6 weeks $150.00

A 6 week series for new Pilates clients. Working together in a small group of 4, you’ll be introduced to the beginner level Pilates mat and reformer exercises,  with emphasis placed on learning proper Pilates breathing, developing “core” connection, strength, flexibility and proper alignment.. You will begin to understand how to access your Powerhouse muscles and work to maintain that engagement through movement. You will become familiar with your beginning safe ranges of motion and how to tell when you’re ready to increase the challenge by increasing your range of motion.  The instructor will provide you with any modifications you may need for weakness, injury or discomfort. $150 Limited to 4 students at a time

Pilates Mat & Reformer Progression classes: Learn essential Pilates Mat and Equipment work. Progression Classes are appropriate for everyone - from beginning exercisers to seasoned athletes.
